
Antutu is a compound benchmark test that tests smartphones on parameters like database input/output, CPU performance, 2D and 3D graphics and microSD card read/write point. The score of Samsung Galaxy S IV has surfaced on the benchmark test, along with several other details.
On Antutu, Samsung Galaxy S IV notches up a score of 24,894 - the highest recorded among all smartphones. It shows that the phone has an eight-core CPU and is powered by Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The phone used for benchmark test has a 1.8GHz Exynos processor, while previous reports said that the company has used a Qualcomm chipset instead. The device has a 4.99-inch touchscreen that has resolution of 1920x1080p, Antutu record shows.
A 13MP camera and LED flash have been mounted on the rear of Galaxy S IV, whereas a 2.1MP unit is placed in front. It also shows that the device has 2GB RAM and comes in 16 and 32GB on-board memory options. Connectivity features of Galaxy S IV recorded in Antutu database include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. It will work on GSM, CDMA and LTE networks, the test shows.
Samsung has also released the first teaser video of Galaxy S IV, but did not give any details of the phone, such as design or hardware specifications.
